Care Staff Training Days
We are running a series of 3 micro courses (2 hour sessions) in the Wimbledon – South West London. You can book staff onto one micro course or more. Please see below.
Training Day - Friday 25th May 2018
level 1 health & safety
9.00am – 11.00am
covers: safety at work, risk assessment, COSHH, manual handling, fire safety.
Safe use of Medicines
11.20am – 1.20pm
covers: up to date legal duty, avoiding mistakes..short test included.
dementia awareness
2.00pm – 4.00pm
covers: understanding of illness, importance of care and patience.
Training Day - Friday 1st June 2018
Epilepsy awareness
9.00am – 11.00am
Covers: understanding, facts and care plans.
Food safety
11.20am – 1.20pm
covers: safe receipt, storage, preparation and serving of food.
Autism awareness
2.00pm – 4.00pm
covers: understanding of autism, care and patience, awareness of needs.
Private Training Days
You can also book any date that suits you better. Choose any 3 subjects you wish covered on the date.
You can add more detail to the subjects by ordering x2 course choices with more information on the day. Each course would last 3 hours.
The minimum cost for the full day would be: £400+vat for up to 15 attendees, at our Wimbledon venue.
In-house Training Days
If you have a suitable room you may book a date at your premises/venue.
The cost would be:
£280+vat for up to 10 attendees with a £15 charge per additional attendee. (subject to availability, book early to ensure your date choice.
